EDA Staffing has a team that reviews any customer complaints and immediately takes action to solve issues and meet customer satisfaction. In the event any problems arise with EDA’s contractors, we have a staff risk management procedure in place where our contractors can notify our Program Manager (PM) of any work issues/problems. As needed, our PM will arrange for the employee to meet in confidence with him/her, or our Human Resources Manager to assist in working out the issue. If it becomes necessary, the PM will set up a meeting with the contractor’s job site manager to try to resolve the issue. In the event the issue cannot be resolved, EDA will replace the contractor and help the EDA employee find alternative work solutions.
